Cancellation & Refund Policy
At DeepSkill AI Academy, we strive to ensure that every learner has a valuable learning experience. Our webinars, masterclasses, and online courses are designed and delivered with the highest quality standards.
Once a participant has successfully registered and completed payment, their seat in the selected webinar or course is confirmed. However, if you are unable to attend the session, you may request a cancellation and refund by writing to us at deepskillaiacademy@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Refunds are not applicable for “No-Show” participants or cancellations made after the event has started.
In the unlikely event that a session is canceled or rescheduled by DeepSkill AI Academy, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered to the participant.
